This is how we work
The Sekonic SR-6500 scanner works by using Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) technology to detect and read marks—such as filled bubbles or checkboxes—on paper forms. When a form is inserted, the scanner pulls it through at high speed and uses sensors to capture data from up to 48 columns and 109 lines per sheet. An optional duplex read head allows it to scan both sides of the form in a single pass, increasing efficiency. The scanned data is then transferred to connected software for processing, analysis, or grading. This makes the SR-6500 ideal for handling large volumes of exam sheets, surveys, ballots, and other structured documents quickly and accurately.
